To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 680jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
680jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 680jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
680jili does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 680jili makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, where applicable, or to the appropriate Philippine courts. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 680jili.
680jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 680jili will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform and, where practicable, via email to your registered address. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
